Refund Policy

Freedom of Movement HQ

Freedom of Movement HQ provides digital educational products, including ebooks, guides, templates, frameworks, workbooks, and downloadable resources.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold by Freedom of Movement HQ are:

  • Digital

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible shortly after purchase

  • Non-returnable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • PDF guides

  • Digital templates

  • Educational resources

  • Productivity systems

  • Fitness resources

  • Business and AI resources

  • Downloadable materials

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be accessed immediately after purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content begins shortly after payment and that refunds are generally unavailable once delivery has occurred.


2. Limited Exceptions

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged but did not receive access to your purchased product.

Verified Technical Failure

You are unable to access your purchased product due to a verified technical issue originating from our systems, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours after notification.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To request consideration under an exception, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Provide supporting information if requested

  • Cooperate with troubleshooting efforts

Refunds will not be granted where issues result from:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout

  • Device incompatibility

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Failure to follow access instructions

  • Spam or junk folder oversight

  • Customer-side software or hardware limitations


4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 24 hours.

Where duplicate transactions are verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.


5. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.

We may request verification and supporting information before processing any claim.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of product access

  • Restriction of future purchases

  • Submission of transaction records to payment providers

  • Submission of access logs, download records, and account activity where applicable

Freedom of Movement HQ reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or illegitimate chargebacks.


7. Approved Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Refund processing typically takes between 5 and 10 business days

  • Applicable processing fees may be deducted where legally permitted
